Zoom Workspace Reservations allow UMass Amherst faculty and staff to reserve rooms and meeting spaces in select areas of campus.
Use the Zoom Workspace Reservation Onboarding Request form to request a space be added to the system.
Zoom Workspace Reservations Frequently Asked Questions
Note: Building Administrators may add or delete reservations at any time.
Log in to Zoom
Zoom Workspace Reservations are available in Zoom on the web.
In your web browser, go to umass-amherst.zoom.us.
Log in with your UMass Amherst netID@umass.edu and password.
Book a Room
- On the left side of the screen, click Workspace Reservation.

A new window will open showing your most recently viewed building and floor. - Select a room:
- In the bar at the top of the screen, click the building and floor name (1) to the right of the date and time.
- In the dropdown menu that appears, click the building name (2), then click a floor name (3).
- In the map view, click one of the green highlighted rooms.

- On the left side of the bar at the top of the screen, click the date, start time, and end time fields to select a date.

- Enter meeting details and click the blue Reserve for Myself button in the lower right.
Cancel a Reservation
- On the Workspace Reservation page, click My Reservations in the upper right.
- In the calendar view, click on the name of your meeting.
- Click Cancel or Delete to delete or cancel your meeting.
