Add UMass Gmail Account to Microsoft Outlook for Windows 


You can add your UMass Gmail account to Microsoft Outlook, to view and manage your email in one place. Use the steps below to add a Gmail account to the New Outlook. What version of Outlook do I have? Add a UMass Gmail account 

1. Open the New Outlook app.

2. On the View tab, select View settings.

3. Select Accounts > Email accounts.

4. From the email accounts pane, you can now select the option to Add account, Manage an existing account.

5. Select Add Account, then in the Enter an email address to sign in, add the UMass Gmail account information (netid@umass.edu) you want to add, and select Continue


6. Follow the prompts to complete the process. Note that you will be asked to authenticate with UMass single-sign on (SSO) login experience. On the Google account permissions window, select Allow

7. Once your Gmail account is successfully added to Outlook, select Done. 

8. Your Gmail account is now successfully set up in the New Outlook.
