If a student selected you as the instructor for their Experiential Learning request form, you will receive an email informing you of this action.

To manage the request:
- Log in to SPIRE.
- Click the compass icon at the top right of the page, and click Menu.
- Navigate to Student Enrollment and select Exp Learning Request Admin.
- Search for the desired student and you will see a list of their requests.
- Click on a request to view more information about it.
- You can edit any of the entered information as needed.
- To upload any documents, click the Attach Document button at the bottom.
- To view any documents the student uploaded, click Download/View Attachments in the Uploaded Forms section.
- To cancel a request, click Cancel Request.
- If you want to approve or deny the request, click the Approve or Deny buttons respectively, and you will receive a confirmation email for both of these actions.
Note that at any point in time, you can save your progress by clicking the Save button at the bottom of the page. This will save the information you have filled out so far and you can pick up on completing the form again at another time.
