Use the Shopping Cart Feature in ServiceNow

ServiceNow provides a convenient shopping cart feature allowing users to bundle multiple forms under the same Request Number. This tutorial will guide you through using this feature with the Network Jack Activation form as an example.

Steps to Add Multiple Forms to the Shopping Cart:

Step 1: Access the Request Form

For our example, we will navigate to the Network Jack Activation form, as shown in the provided image.

Step 2: Fill Out the Form

Complete all the required fields in the form. For this example, enter a unique jack number for each instance of the form.

Step 3: Add to Cart

Once you've completed filling out the form, click the Add to Cart button. This adds the form instance to your shopping cart but doesn't submit it yet.

Step 4: Add More Forms (Optional)

If you need to submit multiple jack activations, repeat Steps 2 and 3. Each form will be added to the shopping cart, ready for a combined submission.

Step 5: Review and Checkout

Once you've added all the necessary forms to the cart, click on the cart icon (usually located at the top right corner) to review your requests. After verifying that all the forms are correct, click the Checkout button to submit them all under the same Request Number.
