Activating Foxit PDF Editor for Mac


Note: Managed installations of Foxit can be managed on-demand and remotely through the enterprise tools you are currently using, similar to most other applications being used.

1. Launch Foxit.
 

2. A base Foxit workspace will appear. There are two buttons where you can sign on through the University of Massachusetts Amherst Single Sign On (UMass SSO) highlighted in this picture. To sign in, you can click on "Manage" on the toolbar, or you can click the account user icon in the upper right hand corner. For this tutorial instance, click on "Manage."

3. You will then be prompted to log in. Select "SSO Login" located under the main login button.

4. The Login with SSO window will pop up. Enter your UMass Amherst NetID email (example: NetID@umass.edu) in the email field.

5. You will then be asked to select your organization. Click the “UNIV OF MASS Organization Service” button.  Click “Sign In” button.

6. When those steps are completed, a window will show you how many computers are licensed to use Foxit PDF Editor. Do not remove your devices. This is for informational purposes, so you can close the window (upper left hand corner).

7. You can now start using Foxit.
