Attendance Tool (Roll Call) in Canvas

The Attendance Tool in Canvas is a simple way to take and track student attendance in your course. The tool allows you to set values for students who attended class, were late, or were absent, and provides an attendance grade using these values. Instructors can also use badges to allow for special situations, such as an excused absence.

Students can view the Attendance assignment created by the tool to see their attendance record.
