Drop-in and Email Support

The IDEAS team and the Instructional Media Lab are some of the most knowledgeable (and patient) people you will ever meet. Appointments are available in up to 2-hour blocks.

Drop-in support is available on Monday through Friday, 10am to 3pm:

Register for IDEAS Workshops

The IDEAS team routinely hosts a series of workshops on technology-enhanced pedagogies, new teaching technologies, and how you can design and build your courses in an LMS. Check back often, we're always adding in more ways to engage and learn.

Many of these are on Zoom, so you can join from the comfort of your home or office. If you can’t make a session, or would simply like a refresher of one you’ve already attended, all sessions are recorded and made available to attendees after the workshop is over.

Canvas: Support for Instructors and Students

The Canvas LMS itself has a lot of built in support available to you, whether you’re looking for specific information or wanting to speak to someone.

Click the link below if you are an instructor looking for detailed, step-by-step written documentations to design and build your course on Canvas.
