Adobe: Log-in Issues


When I try to open an Adobe desktop application, I get a warning message that my subscription has expired and prompts me to renew my subscription at Adobe.com. What should I do?

If you are a faculty or staff member, or an individual with an active GEO-eligible appointment that needs to use Adobe products for instructional or work-related purposes, DO NOT renew your subscription at Adobe.com.

Instead, log in with your NetID and request Adobe products through IT's software license request form to continue using Adobe products. Check the Adobe Creative Cloud service page for updated terms, conditions, and availability of Adobe products under UMass contracts. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your request form has been processed by IT.
