Get Started with Zotero



Zotero is a free, open-source, and easy-to-use citation and bibliography management program that lets you capture reference data from online journals, Web pages, online catalog searches, and many other sources then export bibliographies in many citation formats. It functions primarily as an add-on for the Firefox Internet browser, and you can add plugins to access your references from MS Word or Open Office.

Zotero can also be used to manage collections of documents such as PDFs, MS Word documents or Excel spreadsheets. Additionally, if you create a free online account at zotero.org, you can sync and access your library of references from multiple computers.
