iTunes U provides access to educational materials, including free lectures, videos, books, and other resources on thousands of subjects. More than 1,000 colleges, Universities, K-12, and cultural organizations have an active iTunes U presence. About half of these institutions make their content available at no cost on iTunes U.
iTunes is Apple's media management software for Windows and Macintosh computers and iOS mobile devices. You can use it to manage and play audio and video files on your computer or mobile device.
iTunes U is a separate space from the iTunes Store or your iTunes Library.
