Manage presentations & interactive activities
- Upload, store, edit, and share presentations directly in EchoVideo
- Edit slides by adding/removing pages.
- Use presentations alongside classroom recordings; students can zoom and navigate slides at their own pace.
- Add interactive activities like polling questions to engage students.

Edit EchoVideo recordings
- Use the built-in editor for basic edits like trimming or cutting sections.
- For advanced edits, download videos and use external tools (e.g., Camtasia).

Share content to your course
- Share or unshare content within your course to give students access during the semester.
- At semester end, students lose access, but content remains in EchoVideo Library and Courses for your use.

Download recordings
Download your content as .mp4 video or audio files for backup, advanced editing, or other uses.

Edit content availability
- Control when content becomes available or expires in a semester.
- Note: student access ends at semester close (one month after the last day of class according to the academic calendar) regardless of settings.

Delete content
- Delete from Course: Removes student access but keeps content in the system.
- Delete from System: Permanently removes content from everywhere; this action is irreversible.
- Always back up content before permanent deletion.
