The Residential Technology Fee covers basic technology support for students in campus residence halls. This charge supports select residence phone infrastructure and wired and wireless network services, including debt payments for residence infrastructure. UMass Amherst IT, without further notification, may block any services (including telephone, voicemail and/or network access) for any overdue balance. The block on telephone service will be a change of service that will still allow for emergency calls only.
