Edit iClicker Classic Gradebook Data

Modify a student’s remote ID
- In the iClicker Classic gradebook window, double-click the student ID or name in the left-most column. The Student Details window opens.
- To remove the association of a particular clicker remote to that student, select a remote ID from the Registered i>clicker IDs list and click Remove. Then click Yes.
- To associate a new remote ID with that student, click Add, enter the new Clicker ID, and click OK. Then click Save.
Edit a session’s name
- In the iClicker Classic gradebook window, click View at the top of the session column you want to edit. The Session window opens.
- Click Summary (top left). The Session Summary window opens.
- In the Session Name field enter the new name for the session, then click Done.
Delete a session
- In the iClicker Classic gradebook window, click View for the session you want to edit. The Session window opens.
- Click Summary (top left). The Session Summary window opens.
- Click Delete Session (bottom left). Then, in the confirmation window, click Delete.
Edit session settings
- In the iClicker Classic gradebook window, click View at the top of the session column you want to edit. The Session window opens.
- To edit points for individual responses, double-click the Points field to modify Performance points awarded per question/answer. Click the Next and Previous arrow buttons (top right) to move through the questions from a session.
- Click Scoring (top left) to modify Participation points and/or total performance points awarded for the entire polling session. The Session Scoring window opens.
- When you have finished making the necessary changes, close the Session window. The changes made are saved automatically.
Delete a question
- In the iClicker Classic gradebook window, click View at the top of the session column you want to edit. The Session window opens.
- Click the Previous/Next arrow buttons (top right) to select the question you want to delete, then click Delete Question (top center). Then, click Delete. The question appears as deleted in the screenshot name (e.g. "Question 1 Deleted") and its data is grayed-out.
- Click Undelete Question to restore the question and its point values to your session.
- When you have finished making the necessary changes, close the Session window.
