When I try to open an Adobe desktop application, I get a warning message that my subscription has expired and prompts me to renew my subscription at Adobe.com. What should I do?

If you are a faculty or staff member, or an individual with an active GEO-eligible appointment that needs to use Adobe products for instructional or work-related purposes, DO NOT renew your subscription at Adobe.com.

Instead, log-in with your NetID and request Adobe products through IT's Software software license request form to continue using Adobe products. You will also asked to select which Adobe products you use so the University has a better understanding of campus usage for future agreements. You will receive a confirmation email once your request form has been processed by IT.
