If you list a non-zero waitlist capacity on a section, you are telling SPIRE you want the system to collect an automated waitlist for that section and that you are willing to have the system move students from that waitlist into the course as seats become available before classes begin. The Waitlist Cap cannot be greater than 10% of the enrollment cap for the section.
