When I try to open an Adobe desktop application, I get a warning message that my subscription has expired and prompts me to renew my subscription at Adobe.com. What should I do?

If you are a faculty or staff member, or an individual with an active GEO-eligible appointment that needs to use Adobe products for instructional or work-related purposes, DO NOT renew your subscription at Adobe.com.

Instead, log-in with your NetID and submit the following Adobe Opt-In Request form with IT to continue using Adobe products. You will also asked to select which Adobe products you use so the University has a better understanding of campus usage for future agreements. You will receive a confirmation email once your request form has been processed by IT.
